This is the article template. Body copy is set in Geist at 20 pixels with a 1.7 line height and a measure of about 68 characters, which keeps long reads comfortable on every screen.

Paragraphs stay short. Links look like this—underlined in the accent color so they are obvious without shouting.

Section headings

Headings carry real structure, not decoration: one H1 for the title, H2 for sections, H3 sparingly. Search engines and assistants rely on that structure to understand the piece.

Pull quotes use the display face at a larger size. One or two per essay, at most.

Lists, figures, and sources

  • Lists are for parallel items, not paragraphs in disguise.
  • Figures are real screenshots or licensed photography, always captioned.
  • Any external factual claim gets a numbered source at the end.[1]

Every article lists Jacob Archer as author, a genuine publication date, an updated date when it changes, and Article structured data that matches what's visible on the page.
